you can use Revo to remove any existing itunes you have now. Surprisingly enough, this is good news. If you want to write a SOFTWARE application for the Mac you have to get approval from Apple as well. Simple as that! Source

This is a problem apple needs to fix pronto.. many thanks to all above. CopyTrans Drivers Installer will now remove iTunes and all related Apple Software from your computer.

Yeah, Apple's stuff sometimes runs poorly on windows - iTunes in particular is slow and buggy. I have tried downloading iTunes 10 + QuickTime again. Nope. But then the progress bar does something magical - it goes backwards, and when it reaches zero, the uninstall program just quits.
