Cannot Upgrade Itunes To 11.1

I have windows vista. The content of this website is not supplied or reviewed by Apple Inc. I think her computer has all the requirements to run the newest version of Itunes. I removed all Apple programs, including iTunes, went to FileHippo and downloaded iTunes version 11.4 (Windows 64 bit) and installed it. Source
