Follow-through with Ganesh's advice and report back. It is configured to use the user {DOMAIN}\spwebapp as the identity it runs under, but that user is nowhere to be found on the system!

I even tried switching to Basic and still no joy.

I tried changing these aliases, and as soon as I remove the 8081 port, companyweb.office.domain.com wont allow domain admins to log in any more. i hope this works. Since it was just him complaining, my work around was to put an entry in the host file of his local computer. Can you share the procedure to solve this?

The mCloud software will not work as it is for file shares, unless i misread it. It mostly effected my boss since he still types our external web address in his browser.
