After failed my DLT tape medium status become Data Protector Foreign. I hope somebody please help! Running the Setup as Administrator and removing DP and the Config files cleared everything out.

Hi,try updating the SCSI drivers on the server.

If not successfull: it has to do with the blocksize or the encryption capabilities of your drive. Additionally in DP 6 max store is 10 Tb, in DP 7 it is 20 Tb.
