The only "glitch" I had was the first time the wizard said there were no photos (of course yes, there actually were) so canceling out of the wizard and starting it I would then click on advanced users and copy the pictures across that I wanted.Recently, i have tried on the same computer and tested with different computer and cables now the miffed Glad everyone likes their iphone. Click on your phone in iTunes and then select the Photos tab.

I had some photos sent to me via email, and when I saved them to my Camera Roll the iphone was no longer detected via Windows. Please make sure the device is turned on and is properly connected to the computer. The answer was so simple in the end. Check This Out Something this simple works!

Worked like a charm! I had tried everything including factory reset on my iPhone to no avail. Thanks. I selected the delete pictures from iPhone option.

I can tell you that you can, indeed, sync your iPhone to your computer without the need to download any "drivers" of any kind. it seems the file listing display process stalls for some reason and doesn't actually populate the file window with the iPhone picture contents.
