When I Click on scanner and camera wizard I get a different box that says reading picture then another box comes up with "the computer cannot detect the scanner or camera. I choose the Microsoft Camera and Scanner Wizard. Please make sure the device is turned on and properly connected to the computer." Guest Guest Ever since I did a reg clean and a defrag my computer has been acting funky. Its still ticking today.As Kees Bakker said it could be a bad USB cable or port. Follow the instructions.

So this time I just added what ever model they had for my camera, then tried to connect my camera, BINGO it worked!! check over here One of the mysterious problems that has been happening since the reg clean and defrag.

When I plug the camera in, it just says it is connected in the system tray.
